Support Automation

We build agents that read incoming tickets, classify them by product area or urgency, draft a first response where confidence is high, and route everything else to the right team member. The agent learns from your closed-ticket history, not from a generic dataset.

This typically includes: a classifier trained on your historical tickets, integration with your ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar), a first-response generator, and a human escalation path with summary context attached.

Scope note: we don't promise to eliminate all human involvement — the goal is to remove routine handling, not to replace judgment calls.

Workflow Agents

Scope note: edge cases that fall outside the mapped flow are flagged for human handling, not silently handled.
